These washers are designed to be added to weighted bobbins to increase their weight. A heavier bobbin is usually needed for braiding on the Baby Takadai™.
To increase the weight on a weighted bobbin, simply remove the existing washer from the weighted bobbin, insert the 10g washer, and replace the weighted bobbin washer on top of the 10g washer.
